How does it work?
Preventative treatment is always better than a cure. Illness starts at a cellular level with the disruption of normal cellular functions. Cells need to be balanced and in harmony with each other. They strive to maintain a small electrical charge across the cell membrane, which is produced by pumping positively charged chemicals across the cell membrane, allowing nutrients into the cell and toxins to be released.
The negative potential of a stressed or injured cell can measure as little as 10-20 millivolts, in which case, the nutritional absorption is poor and the discharge of toxins is also poor.
Stress, poor digestion, dietary problems or other issues can disrupt the body's natural balance and a correction is then needed to restore homeostasis.
The feet are rich in nerve endings and blood capillaries and have about 2000 skin pores through which small molecules pass. By submerging the feet in the Aqua Detox, free and actively charged ions pass through the pores into the immediate cells, circulating into the blood and lymph and in a short period of time charged ions circulate and boost cells throughout the body, improving cell membrane transport systems.
Adults are usually treated for 30 minutes, children for 15 minutes, and babies for 10 minutes.
The Aqua Detox stimulates only natural excretion and will not stimulate the body to excrete vitamins, minerals, nutrients or medication carried in the body for absorption.
